Sadaichi (Kiyoka) Kuzuhara, founder of the Lakeside Christian Church of Chicago, Illinois, dear brother of Daniel (Terry) Kuzuhara, Rev. Chiaki (late Kate) Kuzuhara, Mika (late Shigeo) Hamai, Ikue Kuzuhara, Yas (Gladys) Kuzuhara and the late Renko (late Ken) Hisaoka, Emiko Furuta and Noboru (Chieko) Kuzuhara, dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
