Kuzuhara, Rev. Chiaki 91 years, Pastor of Lakeside Japanese Christian Church in Chicago for 49 years, beloved husband of the late Kate Mieko, loving son of the late Rev. Sadaichi and Kiyoka Kuzuhara, dear brother of Mika (Shigeo) Hamai, Ikue, Yasushi (Gladys), Ken and Noboru Kuzuhara, Emi Furuta and the late Kenji, Daniel Kei (Terry) and Yukiyo Kuzuhara and Renko (late Ken) Hisaoka, fond uncle of 9 nieces and seven nephews and great-uncle to nine great-nephews. Visitation at Lakeside Church, 3939 W.
