"Cowboy" age 55, of Crest Hill and formerly of Chicago (Scottsdale), died suddenly Sunday, May 2, 2010, loving son of Dorothy (Faltin) and the late Adolph Kalchbrenner, beloved brother of June (Jim) Blount and the late Donald K., dear husband of the late Franceen (Mockle), he will also be missed by many relatives and his canine companion, Ashtin. Visitation Thursday, May 6, 2010 from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet. A prayer service will take place on Friday, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Dear Dorthy and June,
My Heart and prayers go out to you. I know you will miss Robert dearly. I will keep you both in my thoughts and prayers. I wish there was something more I could say or do for you to ease your pain. Please let me know if there is anything I can help you with or do for you.

Robert and I and Donny, worke dtogether for some of the early years , putting in windows, kitchen & baths .
These were two great guys and I'll miss them both. Mrs. Kalchbrenner , my heart goes out to you for the loss of your sons . They will always be in my fondest memories. I still have the rose I carried on Donnie's casket, I will miss him forever. My God grant you peace in your hour of sorrow.
