I did not know Zuzana. I know her nephews wife Susan. Susan is also a wonderful soul who was deeply affected by Zuzanas passing. It was very important that she tell me about her and what a special woman she was to Susan and her family, and that her life and death not go unnoticed....Each life is precious and unique and each with a different purpose. Zuzana obviously touched peoples lives profoundly.

I may not have known her, but because of Susan I know she will be missed.

To our family, Zuzana Hanus was "Auntie Susie". I believe there are very few people that truly are giving, joyful, loving souls. Auntie Susie was one of them. She loved her family more than life. I truly can say that I never heard an unkind word from her about anything or anyone. She had a marvelous quick sense of humor, and always a twinkle in her eyes that made you know she was one step ahead of you in all things. Whenever anyone stopped by to visit, within minutes the most delicious aromas would waft out of the kitchen, and out she would emerge with a grin on her face, and the most fabulous meal in hand. Auntie Susie, there are so very few your equal. You were so loved, and will be so missed.

Love,

Mike, Sue, Greg, and Kelly
