Zach Leviton Obituary

I was just thinking of Zach 30 minutes ago, then I see a Legacy notification telling me it has been two years.... Funny how things like that happen, those who have passed are still hanging around and we must feel them somehow even before we realize it. I always say the veil is very thin. Remembering Zach always.

Zach it has been nearly two years since Covid STOLE you from our lives and we miss you and think fondly of you , EVERY day
In less than 2 months you would
Be graduating with honors from high school and getting ready to go away to university , a future as bright as a star
Though I think of you every day and sometimes get sad , I prefer to celebrate what a great person and nephew you are and what a great amount of joy you brought to your family and friends
So though you were only on this earth for 16 and a half years , you made the world a better place and we will always love you and rejoice in all the ways you made us happy and proud .

Im so sorry for Zachs passing. I may not have known Zach as well as others, but from knowing him as much as I do... he was an absolute joy. I met Zach when I was in 6th grade, and he was nothing but nice to me. I saw him interact with his friends, as well as mine and he always was smiling and cracking jokes. He was absolutely so fun to be around, and a friend everyone needed because he knew how to make people smile and laugh without a doubt on his mind on how to do it. Its been hard for me to accept this, but I know it is probably unexplainable for you guys. I am keeping Zach and all you guys in my thoughts and praying for your family.

I am so very sorry you lost your precious Zach. You all have been heavy on my mind today. Please know there are many people who, like me, never met Zach, are keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers. My heart truly aches for you.

I have such fond memories of Zach as a little boy who had a beautiful smile and a kind heart. I remember the deep love between his Mom and Dad and Zach. My heart was so saddened to hear about Zach. I was one of Zach's middle school teachers/coaches. I will always remember him as a thoughtful, kind, and positive person. My thoughts and prayers are with the Leviton family during this difficult time.

I knew Zach throughout middle school, and we had a few classes together over the years. I didnt know him very well, but I do remember how kind he always was. When we were in the sixth grade, he always offered whatever food he had or anything he made in the period before (it was the cooking unit). I wasnt the type of student to ask a question in class, no matter how confused I was, and as soon as he realized this, he started asking the questions for me while we sat at the same table. He always knew how to break a dull moment in class. I am so sorry for your loss.

Zach and I were good study hall friends. Even though I hadn't known him very long, I enjoyed the time that we spent together playing cards. He was a genuine person that could make me laugh easily. I wish deep condolences for his family.

Noah and Zach got along so well, and he was the best friend Noah could have ever asked for. He was so polite and we appreciated him so much. I am at a complete loss for the right words to say. I'm completely shocked and devastated by this heartbreaking news of Zach. Knowing him when he was a little boy, he was always so kind and such a sweetheart. Always outside playing with my son Cade and the other neighborhood kids. I didn't know Zach all that well, but he was always such a great person and so kind to everyone around him. We were in the same english classes freshman and sophomore year and once I had even helped him with an Ironman drawing for an AP Seminar project. He'll always be remembered by us, his classmates and friends, and his teachers, as a great kid with so much to offer. I'm so sorry.
