Willie G Wright "Ted"

Willie G. Wright Jr. "Ted" de parted this life October 22, 2004, at Akron City Hospital.

He was a devoted Mus lim. Mr. Wright was the son of the late Willie "Baby" and Fannie Mae Wright. He was a lifetime resident of Summit County, born July 1, 1920 in Barberton, Ohio. A graduate of Barberton High School, he served as a sergent in the Unit ed States Army during World War II. He was employed by the Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. for 28 years.

Preceded in death by son, Theodore "Teddy" Wright; brother, Willie Hooks Wright; sisters, Ola Mae Edison and Christine Wright. He is survived by sons, Larry Wright and Aaron (Karen) Wright; daughters, Robin (Louis) Thomas-Epps, Bever ley (Sallahdin) Rahleam, Vicky R. Robinson, Marion (Lawrence) Anderson all of Akron, Ohio; special friends Anna Carr, Jo sephine Harris all of Akron; and a host of grandchildren; great- grandchildren;other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 12 noon at the Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Cha pel with Minister Stephen Muhammed officiating. Friends may call at the chapel from 11a.m. until time of the serv ice. Interment at the Ohio West ern Reserve Cemetery. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 1335 and 1339 W. Waterloo Rd.
