William G. Sticha, age 96, of Morris, IL passed away on Sat. March 1, 2025.

Bill was born on Oct. 17, 1928, in Chicago, IL to the late William and Mary [nee Kracmer] Sticha.

Bill proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War, from Feb. 1952 to Nov. 1953. He will be fondly remembered by many for his years working for Morton High School District 201.

Bill is survived by his beloved children Laurie (Michael) Kulaga, Don (Liz) Sticha; cherished grandchildren Adam (Talia) Kulaga, Jonathan (Holly) Kulaga, Matthew Sticha, Mark Sticha, Missy (Cody) Janicek, Rich (Elyse) Vlach, Dan Vlach; adored great-grandchildren Owen and Wyatt Kulaga, Merritt and Baby, (expected in May) Kulaga, Jacob, Juliette, and Stella Janicek, Madison and Danny Vlach, and Millie Mae Vlach.

Bill joins his beloved wife of 71 years, LaVerne, in his passing.

Donations in Bill's memory can be made to Lightways Hospice Care, 250 Water Stone Cir, Joliet, IL 60431.
