We still miss seeing Bill's smiling face at the post office. He was a very special person, gone too soon.

It is so hard to believe that an entire year has gone by since I had to say good bye my love. It has been the worse year of my life. I miss you with each breath I take, my heart is broken in a million pieces, and my tears can fill the oceans. You were a good, loving man and this world is diminished without your smiling face. You live on through the many that love you and your memory is a wonderful light for all of us. I know you are full of life, the pain is gone and you are whole again. I hold on to the thought that you will be there to greet me when it is my time to join you. Until then my love I will continue to send hugs, kisses, and love to you through my prayers. I wanted to post this because Bill has been a part of our family for so long that many of you may have met him over the years. Others may recognize him as the clerk from the Chicago Heights and Sauk Village Post Offices. He was a great influence on my life; but most importantly he treated my sister well. Thank you for all you've done for me; I'll never forget it..."you know what I mean".

I am proud too say Bill was a friend of mine. Roseanne you are in my thoughts and prayers. Bill will be missed.

So sorry Roseanne for your loss, Bill will be missed by everyone, he was a great guy,he was in our prayers every day, & so are you. Love you.

It seems so inadequate to call him just my "brother-in-law" when he has been a part of our family since I was 8... So instead I say goodbye to Bill Rogach, my brother. Thanks for being a part of this crazy family for 30+ years, and for being my big brother, but most of all, thank you for loving my sister, Roseanne Rogach. The fight was long and hard; now rest in peace.

My dearest Bill, you have been gone for 200 days and my heart breaks a little more with each day that passes without you. You were an amazing man, the love of my life, my friend, my lover, my soul mate. The love we shared can never be duplicated. I carry your essence in my heart and soul. I wish you were here with me and I know that is impossible so I hope you are laughing and joking with all of our loved ones, running and dancing with the angels, and looking down on me and loving me through eternity. You are missed by so many people, the outpouring of love and support continues to this very day. People remember you as the happy, smiling, and loving person you were and it gives me great comfort. We were Bill's customers at the post office. His smile, friendliness, and helpfulness were beyond compare. We missed him so much when he retired, and it's heartbreaking to learn of his passing.

Your passing seemed to hit me like a very tough boulder; it was quick and all at once. I would take that quick hit a million times over because your battle was slow and painful. Although this pain is very much real, yours was unable to be healed by just the pure love of your family; but I promise we tried. If a hug could take away even an hour of pain I would never let go. I understand that these words are inadequate and more for myself than for you but you live within each of our hearts now so hopefully you hear this. There's a lot that I want to say to you. For starters, I wish I was able to see you just one more time and tell you how much I appreciated you. You laughed up until your very last day--you always had a way of making the best of things and I think that it has taught me well enough and maybe I will have that same outlook on life now because of you. When I see the things--little things--like your stickers on your hospital work, it really means a lot because it proved that cancer does not change a person like so many believe. Cancer did not change you and in my book you kicked cancer right in the butt. You've touched me and made a bigger impact on mine and so many other's lives than you realized. Thank you for teaching me bravery and love. Thank you for everything you've done. I love you Uncle Bill. Present tense.

Bill has passed from our world to the next, it has been a very tough,emotional and exhausing 18 months for both him and Roseanne! Lord, I want to give you thanks and praise for putting Bill into our lives, for this oh so short but sweet time. Bill added so much love joy and kindness to our family, he was a great friend, uncle, brother, son, and a wonderful kind loyal and loving husband to my sister.Bill truly enjoyed life and fellowship,he loved to laugh and be happy, he was very generous and caring and he loved with all his heart. Bill I love and miss you. Lord I pray you will comfort and heal our hurting hearts and please give Roseanne all the love comfort peace and healing to carry her through the sadness of living without Bill's physical presence here. Lord I pray you help us all live each day as a gift, making the best of all we have, to love others and shine Your loving Light in this world. Bill was for me, a great example of what a loving husband should be. I was never that blessed. The summer pool parties, Bill cooking on the Bar-B-Que, laughing and playing with the kids,just everything he did for our family will never be forgotten, so many memories.So much Love.
