May the words found at Isaiah 33:24 give you comfort in knowing that sickness will be eradicated forever. William will then be able to enjoy life free from suffering and illness as God originally purposed for mankind Rev 21:3-4. God will wipe out your tears and death will be no more. The former things have passed away.
