Martinez, William H. "Billy" Age 73, U.S. Army Veteran. Late of Calumet City, formerly of South Chicago. Beloved son of Edna nee Malecki and the late Joseph Martinez. Devoted father of Tracy (Bob) Starek and Billy (Suki) Martinez. Proud grandfather of Alicia Starek. Loving companion of Pam Walley. Dear brother of Bob (late Mary Ann) Martinez, Jacqueline "Connie" Tansley, Tom (Carol) Martinez, Barbara (late Don) Wisniewski, Linda Badie, and Daniel "Danny" Martinez. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Saturday, September 17, 2011, from 2 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Funeral Service with Deacon Tim Springer officiating at Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service), 15801 S. Cottage Grove Ave., four blocks North of 162nd St. (Rte. 6) Dolton/South Holland. Interment private.
