I was sad to read the passing of my old friend Billy. I was one of the first guys to make friends with Billy when he arrived from Kilkishen, Ireland. I was amazed at his natural athletic ability in the school yard. He was the fastest runner and caught anything thrown to him. We were friends for many years. I lost track of Billy and always wondered how he was. I feel fortunate to have had a loyal and wonderful friend during my formative years. I spent many happy days with Billy and John Quinn playing ball and doing things kids do. Billy was lucky to have Tom,Frank, and Marion as siblings. I want to thank Billy for sharing some of his life with me,and I want to extend my deepest, heartfelt sypathy to Frank and Marion on their loss and to Billy I'll see you down the road partner.
