William Halla Obituary
Halla, William of Chicago, formerly of North Riverside and LaGrange, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2008, at age 65. Beloved brother of Joseph (Joan) Halla of Granville, Ohio and Hilton Head, S.C. and the late Ruth (the late Emmett) Doyle, son of the late William and Gertrude Halla, loving uncle of Patricia (the late Clyde) Emrick, Robert E. (Sandra M.) Doyle, Mary (Robert) Barnes, Kathleen (Howard) Davenport and many other nieces and nephews. Former employee of Brach Candy Company. There will be no public visitation and the interment will be private. Memorial contributions can be made to the Salvation Army. Arrangements handled by: Modell Funeral Home, 773-767-4730.

Thank you for the laughs and memories, Bill. You left an impressionable stamp of yourself on this earth that no one else can duplicateor, or come close to it. I am comforted knowing that you are ok now, at peace, the center of attention, and happy.
