Haber, William "Ken" renowned hair stylist at several salons on/off Michigan Avenue, design consultant to many, world traveler, bon vivant who fostered a long love affair with the Florida sun and so many friends, passed away May 27, 2006 after a year-long battle with cancer. Beloved life partner of Robin Estes for 31 years. Cherished son of the late Seymour and Anita Haber. Loving brother of Randall (Wendy) of Skokie and Michael (Paula) of Riverwoods. Fond uncle of many. Ken will be sorely missed. A celebration of his life will be held Sunday, June 11, 1 to 3 pm at the East Bank Club, 500 N. Kingsbury, Chicago, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society, 312-372-0471 or www.cancer.org or to Horizon Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Development Dept., 833 W. I knew Ken in the 70s. He was a wonderful and loving man. Our short time together was always filled with laughter. Our New York City trip was a high light of entertainment and activity. Thought of him often through out the years.

Just recently heard of Kenny's passing. He was a bright light to many of us. He will be missed. He was a great inspiration to all that were privileged to have known him. The two of you had a wonderful relationship. Our deepest sympathy to you.
