Bob - I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. It was a pleasure to meet him that time when we were both playing golf with our Dads. I know you were very close to him so it must be a painful loss. I will keep him in my prayers.

Mr. Dicianni was my landlord for almost 2 decades. During this time, both my wife and I developed a fondness for him. I was struck by his friendliness and great generosity. As far as the landlord-tenant relationship goes, there couldn't be one, any better. More importantly, I will always remember him with the greatest of respect.
