Mr. Dicianni was my landlord for almost 2 decades. During this time, both my wife and I developed a fondness for him. I was struck by his friendliness and great generosity. As far as the landlord-tenant relationship goes, there couldn't be one, any better. More importantly, I will always remember him with the greatest of respect.
