Dear Bill,
My memories of our friendship begin back in the Moser days, 31 years ago. We stayed in contact throughout and the most recent was working together again at Nationwide until you retired. I miss visiting you at the condo and have happy memories of all those times going to dinner or ordering Chinese or Pizza. Big gourmet people! We talked about a lot of things and I feel at the end of the road we both knew and understood what each other was thinking. I pray for your soul and expect to meet you again and I hope it's in heaven! Now at least you can see my garden and know why it keeps me so busy along with my way too many hobbies. Thanks Bill for being such a good friend and setting the bar so high for us to follow in whatever path God leads us to. You lead your life with dignity and grace and a great sense of humor. Miss you, but know you aren't suffering anymore. Love, me

Bill was one of the finest people I ever met. A person of compassion and heart. During the time of his transplants, when I would visit him in hospital, I was amazed by his courage and grace. Bill's friends know what I mean. I am truly grateful I knew him. He will be missed.
