Nashville, TN
Willa Jean Best, age 79 of Nashville, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014. Mrs. Best was the daughter of the late Eddie Ellis Gaines and Jessie Lee Stocks Gaines. Her husband was the late Robert Best, who passed away in 2006.
She is survived by her daughter, Valerie Ann Best Smith and her husband Kenneth; son, Steven Terry Best and his wife Diane; grandchildren, Jamie Georgeson, Dustin Gentry, Ashley Caldwell, Alisha Mondoni, and Olivia Goodwin; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Services for Mrs. Best will be at one o'clock the afternoon of Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Placement will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Wayne Smith, James "Jimmy" Allen Hall, Barry Carlton Gentry, Mike Georgeson, Michael Caldwell and Douglas Waddey. Friends are cordially invited to visitation Tuesday afternoon from two til eight o'clock and Wednesday from eleven o'clock til service time at one o'clock at:
