PLEASE GOD FORGIVE A SILENT TEAR, A CONSTANT WISH THAT HE WAS HERE. OTHERS WERE TAKEN, YES WE KNOW, BUT HE WAS OURS AND WE LOVED HIM SO. HE BID NO ONE A LAST FAREWELL, NOR EVEN SAID GOODBYE. HE WAS GONE BEFORE WE KNEW IT AND ONLY GOD KNOWS WHY. I can't believe you have been in heaven for a year. I MISS AND LOVE YOU AND WILL ALWAYS BE DADDY'S LITTLE GIRL!!!!! LOVE KATHY

we thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new.
we thought about you yesterday, and days before that too.
we think of you in silence, we often speak your name.
now all we have is memories and your picture in a frame.
your memory is our keepsake, which with well never part.
god has you in his keeping, but we have you in our hearts.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Love is stronger than death even though
it can't stop death from happening. But no matter how hard it tries, it can't separate people from love.
It can't take away our memories either.
In the end, life is stronger than death.
To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die.
