I would like to express my deepest sympathies to the family of Wally Zakrzewski. My name is Sara, and I worked at Darcy's Dog in Hegewisch for almost 3 years, and I knew Luddy DiFlippio very well, as I used to work with him, also. I'm not sure if I knew Wally or not, but it's another tragic hegewisch loss, and he will be greatly missed. My prayers are with your family.

Dear Family
We are all very sorry for your loss. We will always remember Wally at the baseball games in Hegewisch. We enjoyed last Thanksgiving with Wally as we served food to the needy at St. Columba. He is with God now and we wish you all the prayers in the world right now. Keep all the good memories with you always. God Bless all of you.

This is such a hard moment in life, I know I was there. There are no words to say how we feel but knowing that we are thinking of you and wishing you the best is all we can provide. We had many days of laughter and fun in our youth but that is now gone. I will remember all the sleepovers and trips to Reliable. Thank you for the childhood memories and the moments we shared. I am so sorry for your loss.

You would remember me as Sarah Zavesky from St. Columba grade school. I am so sorry to hear of the tragic loss of your dad. I spoke with Erika Kasiak and Angela Sabin and they, too, send their condolences. I am praying for you and your family and I wish you strength and peace in dealing with your loss. Sincerely, Sarah (Zavesky) Cruz and family
