We are saddened to learn of Walter's death; he looked to well when I saw both of you a few months ago.
A Father's Day family party today and a volunteer appointment at my church on Monday will preclude our going to the wake or funeral, but we will forward a donation through Maureen Venard for the family to use as a suitable memorial.

Dear Dorothy, Judy, Kevin, Patty, Maureen and Roberta,
I'll be seeing you tomorrow, but I know you'll be very busy, so I'd like to say something this way. It was acknowledged among McCarren kids that I had the best godparents. And I did. Thank you, Pat. You were so good to me and mine. When we met we always felt personally welcomed by you. You always wished us well. You truly were extended family to us. Peace and comfort to your family,
