Walker Allen Obituary

I am so sorry for your loss.
I remember Walker from high school as such a kind and great guy. Sadly, I haven't seen him since then but will never forget him. My thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

So sorry for your loss. We met Walker a few times and he was a first class guy!

I was Walker's classmate in grade school at St. Lambert (Class of '60). I haven't seen him in a number of years but always will remember his energetic and fun outlook on life. Our parents were close friends. We are planning a grade school reunion at St. Lambert this summer for the the Classes of '60-'65 and we just talked about how Walker would be able to put us in contact with so many people. Walker will sorely be missed. My prayers are with his family at this time of great sorrow.

Tom and I plan to join you for the wake. The young Allen family lived in the apartment just across the street from our Kedvale home, and were dear to the Ryan family. As hurtful as Walker's loss is, I pray you will find comfort in the love you gave him.

Although I haven't seen Walker for several years, I have happy memories of our days at St. Lambert School, Class of 1960. The Allen family were always so nice and I was especially touched when Walker came to my Dad's wake many years ago. My condolences to all the family. He was a really nice guy!

I knew Walker many years ago when we were in high school. A group of us used to sit on the old fire truck in Oakton Park, and talk for hours. A friend sent the obituary. I live in AZ now. Just thinking about some great memories of carefree youth in Skokie a very long time ago. So glad to read he had a full life and a wonderful family. My sympathy to all of his loved ones.

Dear family of Walker, he was such a great man, I am glad we knew him for all these years. Our hearts go out to you all at this difficult time.
