Meeks, Waldo W. beloved husband of the late Arlene, loving father of Thomas (Diane) Meeks and Marcia (Patrick) O'Malley, dear grandfather of Crystal, Tommy, Tracy and Kim, proud great-grandfather of Kasey and Joey, fond brother of Laveta (Richard) Meiers and the late Maxine Gilleran and Edward Meeks. Member of Lombard American Legion Post #391 & Carpenter's Union Local 1889 for 50 years. Funeral service Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at Hursen Funeral Home, S.W. corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Rds., Hillside/Westchester. Interment Glen Oak Cemetery. TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF WALLY, I WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY. I HAVE HAD THE OPPURTUNITY TO HAVE KNOWN WALLY FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND WOULD LIKE TO SAY HE ALWAYS MADE ME LAUGH OVER ONE THING OR ANOTHER. HE WAS A VERY KIND MAN AND WILL BE MISSED BY MANY OF US AT CASEY'S.
