Aunt Vivian will be greatly missed by me. Touching so many lives with her courage, hope and faith, she was a great role model. My aunt showed me what was possible and was instrumental in my decision to be a nurse. I am grateful I was with my cousins and their families. I will be praying for all of you. Years ago when I was in high school I worked with Vivianne as a nurse's aide. She inspired and encouraged me to go to nursing school. I did and I had a great career. I often recalled her gentle humor and kindness to her patients and coworkers. She knew how to make her patients comfortable. I hope she found the care and comfort she gave others.
