Norris, Virginia M. (nee Cyganek), age 89, of Niles, IL. Loving daughter of the late Roman and Mary Cyganek, beloved mother of John (Jennifer) Norris, Judith (Ralph) Henrich and Margaret "Peggy" Rajski, cherished grandmother of David, Deborah, Diane, Ronald, Carl and Jennifer, dear great-grandmother of Christopher, Madeline, Roman, Shelby, Spenser, Audrey Jean, Jerry and Reed, loving sister of the late Mary (John) Bodinger, Vera Iwanski, Frances (Andrew) Kruszka, Frank (Harriet) Cyganek, Stanley (Frances) Cyganek. She was an accountant for Kendall Palmolive Colgate, and the Job Bound Center, an inspector for the Mt. Prospect Fire Department, a volunteer tax preparer for the Niles Seniors, a former president of Our Lady of Ransom Seniors' Club, and the strongest woman our family has ever known. Visitation at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles, on Wednesday, from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Thursday, 9:15 a.m., to Our Lady of Ransom Church, Mass 10 a.m. Interment will be on Friday at Calvary Cemetery in Portage, IN.
