Witt, Viola M. (nee Schultz), age 97, beloved wife of the late Arnold A. Witt., loving mother of Arnold A., Jr. (Pamela) and Celeste (Frank) Oslakovic, dear grandmother of Keith (Karen) Oslakovic and Karin (Harold) Oslakovic-Woods. "Big Nana" of Alexander, Celia and Nathaniel, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Lying in state on Saturday, October 31, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Service at 11:00 a.m. at the Faith Lutheran Church, 9701 S. Melvina Ave., Oak Lawn, IL. Interment Bethania Cemetery, Justice, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation are appreciated. Dear Celeste & Frank,
My mother, Alma Rissky, and I were saddened to learn of Viola's passing, but, as my mom would say if she could still talk, along with the sadness there is a great cause for joy because Viola was an exemplary Christian. Thanks be to God for the rich blessings given to Viola during her long life.
