Valerie Cohen Obituary

In what must be a very much smaller way, I share your family's pain in the loss of this fine woman, whom I was allowed and very privileged to get to know for only about 7 mo 'way back in 1963! I'm a recently retired physician who knew Val from 34 S. State when she lived at her father Frank's home at 2441 W. Farragut. Similarly, I've been married ~37 y, but enjoy 5 children and 8 grandkids. I have for >40 y treasured the memory of this finest of young women; I pray and will pray for her eternal rest.

Sarrell, it's probably been 20 years since I last saw you or Valerie, but the image in my mind of her smile still warms my heart. I am saddened to hear of her passing and my deepest sympathies are with you and your family.

Sarrell and Marvin-Sorry to hear of your loss. Valeries spirit will always encourage us. We will always remember the early years of advertising in the trade magazines. When we couldn't have done it without her help.

I was lucky to have Dave and Valarie as a friend, Val was a perfect match for Dave and their love for each other and their family was and will be always present.They

had 37 years of true love together , I'll miss her great smile and remember her as a

great lady.
