Funeral Friday 9:30 A.M. from Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Service. Entombment St. Nicholas Mausoleum.
