Beloved son of Colleen (nee Warren) and James Nix; loving brother of Deborah (Edward) Schoenecker, Michael (Roxanna) Nix, and Kathleen Pauley. "Uncle Tim" was also loved by his many nieces and nephews. Longtime member of International Union of Elevator Constructors Local #2. Funeral Saturday, 9:00 a.m. from the Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn, IL, to Christ the King Church, 9235 S. Hamilton Ave., Chicago, IL 60643 for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment: Calvary Cemetery, Steger, IL. Visitation Friday 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. 708-425-0500.
