To the entire Drowns Family:
Sadness and Sorrow pierce our hearts to hear of Tims' passing.
Antonio Palacios and I send our sincerest sympathies to all of you.
Though it has been 13 years since we last saw Tim, he will forever be a big part of our youth that we will never forget.
To have known Tim Drowns is to know how to REALLY live.

I send my sincerest condolences to the Family. My memories of my Uncle Timmy will always be of a loving Uncle. He always had a smile and a hug for me whenever I saw him and I will always remember
him for his kindness, lovingness, and good nature.
