I still think of Tim often, especially now that we are working in Baton Rouge. Tim made a big impact in my life and I still miss him and wish I could talk to him

to this day I still talk about the events we shared, not only through work but gatherings at ya'lls house, so here's to you Tim, you are and will always be remembered and loved!

Well baby it has been 4 month today and it still isnt any easier ( I doubt it ever will be)... I miss you more and more everyday!!! love ya bunches

Happy Fathers Day dad, its realy hard with out you here. But this has made me stronger and a better person. I wish you where still here, but atleast your in a better place now, and not in pain any more. I can't wait to see you again daddy. RIP DADDY, I will always love you dady! : )

My prayers are with your family. You were a awesome person to work for and learn from. I will always remember the things you taught me when I was at Hunt. Although I am not there anymore some of your lessons will follow me through life. I will always remember your crazy antics and how you could always find something crazy or sarcastic to say when we would get upset about something. It always had a way of making whatever it was wrong ok. You touched so many peoples lives through your hard work, dedication and just being who you were. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

Neil and I both loved Tim for his humor, and more than anything for his ways of giving of his self. No matter how bad I felt, He would always make me smile, or even laugh to the point of tears. I know even to this day he still has my back and he's got yours too. Now you have your very own personal angel to watch over you and Ryan. He will never be forgotten. I pray that God will ease your pain and give you the strength to go forth each day with Faith, Hope and Love. I know that is what Tim would of wanted of you and Ryan both.

My dear friend, I cannot believe all of this has happened. We grew up together, laughed together, cried together. And even though we spent years apart, when we were reunited it was like we never missed a beat. You brought Debbie, Ryan and Nick into my life and for that I am eternally thankful. I know I will always carry a part of you with me. The Monday prior to you leaving us will be a time that I will treasure for the rest of my life. My Mider Tim! There is not a day that has went by that I dont think about you and wish you could still be here for me, I will never foget those life lessons you taught! You and mom have helped become the woman I am today! I know you would want me to keep my head held high with a smile on my face, so I am doing that for just you! Since the day you left I’ve been trying to leave you a
message. Every time I get on facebook my suggestions
say to leave u a message I think I’m trying I’m trying. I
have realized it’s not about my message it’s about yours.
The message you left to all who had the privilege of knowing
u. The message of love, compassion, loyalty, hope etc.
I know talking to u could always put a smile on my face
even when I didn’t feel like smiling. Now Debbie has been
my best friend since we were in Jr. high think u were 7.(sorry I
couldn’t resist) I just want to say thank you for loving her
taking care of her & being there for her. Yes, I know you
think she took care of you & she did she is an amazing
person too. You always bragged about your wife & everybody
knows you LOVE HER, but most importantly she knows. Most
people will never know in 50 yrs. the love the two of you knew
in 16 yrs. I also believe that Ryan has all the back ground
he needs to someday be a wonderful Husband & Father because
of the role model he’s had. To say that you would be proud of him
with how he’s handled things would be an understatement, because
you’ve always been proud of that boy. I’m know the girls have
there memories & as Nik said “he was the best Paw Paw ever”. I
always thought Hunt was lucky to have such a loyal employee like
u who loved his job, but after the wake I saw how much Hunt’s loves
u. My friend I can honestly say you are loved, you’ll be missed, but one
thing you will NEVER BE IS FORGOTTEN.

DEBBIE, OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE REALLY CREATED A BOND-JUST LIKE A FAMILY THRU TIM AND HIS SICKNESS. I THANK GOD FOR ALLOWING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE ABLE TO CARE FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL PERSON. WE HAVE HAD MANY TALKS, LAUGHS, ETC ABOUT LOTS OF THINGS AND YOU KNOW I HAD A WAY OF "KEEPING HIM IN LINE" HA HA! I DIDNT WANT TO BELIEVE IT WHEN I HEARD BECAUSE I HAD JUST SEEN HIM A FEW DAYS AGO. Deb, I am so sorry to hear about Tim, we were once close and over the years have really missed the fun we all had, ya'll made our stay in LA. a fun one. I will never forget all the things we done and all the time we spent together and all those trips me and Tim took while working at hunt. I only wish we would've stayed connected. we will miss him terrebly and i know God will strengthen you and your family through this traggic time. with all our love.

We already miss Tim greatly but knowing he is at peace is a comfort.Debbie,be sure you know ya'll are always in our hearts and prayers.Tim always seemed to be able to make the bleakest situations brighter,and we'll remember him for that gift of wacky humor.

Tim I made you a promise that I would be strong. I am trying my best. Ryan has been awesome taking care of me like you asked him to. I will ALWAYS love you, you were my world.

I am a nurse at EHCC. Lt.Col Bourgeois was a very special person who could always make you smile. Remember that he is in a place where there is no more pain.You are in my prayers.

I worked with Tim many years before I retired from Hunt Correctional Center. He was always a "stand up" guy who always did the right thing. He spoke of his love of his family and was always very fair and professional in his dealings with his fellow employees. Our prayers are with you in your grief. I know he will be missed by his family and friends.

Thoughts and prayers go out to the Bourgeois family. I too along with my husband worked with Lt. Col. Bourgeois and he was one of a kind. He will be greatly missed.

I want to express my deepest condolences to the Bourgeois family. I am a nurse at Hunt Correctional and have known Lt. Col Bourgeois for many years. I also have a dgt with cancer so we have exchanged stories and remissions over the years. I will pray for your family. Just realize that he is in a better place now and will no longer suffer. We love you so much Tim. I can't even begin to tell you how much we're going to miss you. The kids have spent the last two days reminding me of all of our inside jokes. Dillon keeps saying "I sim...I eats pish" and Justin keeps saying "I dropped my fidget". The kids loved you Tim. You were always so kind and patient with them. I'm not sure what we are going to do with Justin. You were the one and only person that could get through to him. You are his hero. He looked up to you. My promise to you is that I will always be there for your family whenever they need me. I love you Tim.

I recently found Tim on Facebook, he was my brother, Randy Rose's best friend in school. I am sorry to hear about your lost, but know that he is in a better place, no more pain and suffering.
