(Stan) Kowalkowski, the late Michael F. Woods and the late Margaret "Maggie" (John) Scott, dearest grandfather of Austin P., Anniemarie and Bridget Scott, Patricia, Michael S. and Theresa G. Kowalkowski, devoted son of the late Michael "Mick" and Mary Ellen (nee Brennan) Woods, fond brother of Mary E. (the late Michael) Comber, Frank E. (the late Dorothy nee Prohaska), the late James P. (Hella nee Mueller) and the late Jack Woods, uncle, friend and cohort to many. Tom was a 42 year member of the Pennsylvania RR and B of R.T. Visitation Saturday, 4 to 9 p.m. and Sunday, 1 to 9 p.m. Funeral Monday, 10 a.m., from Kenny Brothers, 3600 W. 95th St., Evergreen Park, to St. Damian Church, Oak Forest. Mass 11 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to the St. Vincent DePaul Society c/o St. Damian Church or to Advocate Hospice. Tom was a wonderful man, full of Irish humor, artistic talent and good friend. I knew him through my brother Patrick Mulcahy, who always spoke highly of Tom and Frank Woods. My thoughts and prays are with the family.
