Toth Sr., Thomas R. age 75, of Lansing, IL, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2006. Loving husband to Anita (nee Buhrmann), beloved father to the late Thomas Jr. (Patty "Tish"), Charlotte (Timothy) Nicksic, Sandra (William) Purdy, James (Roxanne), Mary (Garry) Schneider, Joseph (Karen), Laura Austgen, and the late Michael, devoted grandfather to Thomas III, Adam and Karlie Toth, Danny (Katie), Vanessa, Nicole and Alaina Nicksic, William Jr., Alison and Jonathan Purdy, James Jr. (Amy), Tammy (Michael) Togtman, Greg Toth, Lisa, Jenna and Steven Schneider, Samantha and Robert Dykas, Joseph and Jacob Austgen, cherished great-grandfather to James III and Jennifer Toth, Kaitlin and Makayla Togtman, fond brother to the late Frances "Dee-Dee" (Stanley) Skrzynski, Gene (Lee) Toth and Daniel (Nancy) Toth, uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 29, 2006, at 8 a.m., from Rosemoor Funeral Home, 17943 S. Torrence Ave., Lansing, IL, to St. Ann Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. Interment at Assumption Cemetery. Visitation on Monday, from 2 to 9 p.m., at the funeral home.
