Suvada, Thomas A. 55, loving son of Richard and JoAnn (nee Kovalcik), dearest brother of Linda (Mike Gray) Mounce, Laura (Steven) Eichhorn, and JoAnn (Raymond) Cava, proud uncle of Jeremy, Calli, Eric, Isabel, and Daniel, fond nephew of Joseph (Carolyn) Kovalcik, Marie (Vern) Tichy, and Frank (Eleanor) Stolar. Funeral Monday, 9:45 a.m. from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn to St. Germaine Church, Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Greenwood Cemetery.
