I worked with Tom for many years at the American School, and appreciated his dry wit and his passionate interests in good food and Ireland. I was asked to accompany him once on one of the School's educator convention exhibit trips, and recall him talking about his children and grandchildren with great fondness. You have my deepest sympathy.

I worked with Tom at the American School for many years and admired his dedication to high standards in whatever he undertook— in addition to enjoying his urbane Irishness. He was proud of his family and you have my most sincere condolences.
