Memorial visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park, Monday, 3 to 9 p.m. with the funeral service Monday, 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated. 773-588-5850.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

tom was quite a character when i knew him back in the 70's on the ghetto west side ambulances. he was definitely one of a kind.
