Thomas Cottrell Obituary

No offense to anyone, please, particularly doctors, you always gave your patients the time of day. In the middle of the 1980s, I had my first uti, was so painful. Came in, no appointment, just came in crying in pain. You really knew what ge was doing, and may I say about utis, don't forget to drink plenty of water. I never thanked you then, but I thank you soo very much now, now that I realized what a caring man you are. See you in Heaven. Much respect and love, Dolores tate.

Hello dear Dr. Cottrell, years ago, I never appreciated you like I do now. You are a very caring doctor who always gave the time of, no matter how busy you were, and you were extremely busy. I didn't thank you before, but I sure thank you now, and miss you, too. Much love, Dolores tate, chicago.

Very caring human being and an excellent urologist. Would take patients, like me, no appointment, just in pain, and help us, never said no. Good man, loved the Lord, etc.

To the Cottrell family especially my Doctor, John Cottrell, my sympathy & prayers & I still think of your mom in heaven also!
