Potempa, Theresa (nee Gaszak), beloved wife of the late Frank, loving mother of Daniel, Sandra, and Tony (Debbie) Potempa and Donna (Robert) Piper, dearest nana of Tony Jr., Randy, Mike, Ryan, Katie and Joshua, great-grandmother of Briana, dear sister of Janet, Joseph (Clare) and John (Cecelia), fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. We are left to carry on without our precious mother, nana and great-grandmother. She taught us well and loved us deeply. Memorial visitation Tuesday, 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at Hann Funeral Home, 8230 S. Harlem Ave., Bridgeview. Family and friends are asked to gather Wednesday at St. Fabian Church, 8300 S.
