If it is true that God speaks to us through others, how very much he loves each of us to send a friend like Ted into the lives of those of us priveleged to know him.
You would walk into one of our meeting rooms which Ted attended falthfully for over 30 years to share his strength, hope and experience and find him standing there with his hand out, that impish smile on his face and kind words to make you feel welcome. He would proceed to share his wisdom and philosophy of the common sense variety that was so invaluable and and then send you off with the refrain "Keep Coming Back - it gets better" with a love and sincerity that made you want to.
He taught me by his example to love unconditionally and value everyone-he did not qualify his friendship or his fellowship. I came to know that life's value lay in the pleasure of his company, not the value of his material wealth.
I will surely miss his smile, his laugh and his gentle wisdom, always imparted with a grace and dignity that was unique to Ted. But mostly I will miss the Love that was shared in our conversatons over cups of cold ice cream on hot summer nights.

Ted Robinson was a dear, true, and honorable friend to my father, and he continued as such to our family. He was a man of impeccable moral character, boundless good humor, and great generosity of spirit. He brought to his profession the insight, good will, and intellect that characterized his personal life, and he was respected by his colleagues as a lawyer who was both practical and creative.
Ted was known for the excellent stories he told and for the obvious delight he took in the telling of the tale. The lucky listener was drawn into Ted's enjoyment, just as friends were drawn to him by his zest for life.
Ted will be missed by his profession, by his many devoted friends, and by the loving family he created and sustained in a long and well-lived life.

Ted was a good friend to my father, Charles and my mother Laura. Good friends are what makes life beautiful.

We both enjoyed his friendly attitude during our visits with him. It was very interesting to listen to him, regardless of the subject. He will truly be missed.

Ted's humor and wit will be truly missed. Having rode on the train with Ted for many years, I still miss his stories. Each time I eat an ice cream sundae, I will think of Ted.
