Cohen, Theodore J. 78, beloved husband of Joyce, loving father of Jonathan, stepfather of Kimberly Toy Huh, grandfather of Marcus Smith and Mingtai Huh, brother of the late Seymour Cohen (Ethel) and the late Norman Cohen (Jean) and dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Retired insurance agent of Commonwealth Insurance Company. Service and interment will be held Friday, 1 p.m., August 15, 2008, at Waldheim Cemetery, 1400 Des Plaines Avenue, Forest Park, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gilda's Club of Chicago, 537 N. Wells, Chicago, IL, 60610. For information call: 847-679-3939.
