We were saddened to hear of your loss.

Susan -- what a wonderful, giving, thoughtful friend you were -- you will be missed dearly. You always stayed in touch with me and asked about my family -- never forgetting anyone. You were generous with your love, always remembering birthdays and special events. You were happy and full of life, despite the fact that you were living in a nursing home. I know you are in God's hands now -- a place of comfort, without pain and suffering. I am saddened and sorry that I was unable to be there for you the last two months -- my job had me working in Florida. May you rest in peace, Susan. My love to you, Jan.
