I just recently learned of Susan's death, and extend my deepest sympathies to her family. I hadn't seen Susan for many years, but I had fond memories of her from school and Girl Scouts. She was a happy, generous spirit, and she will be missed by all who knew her.

Susan was one of the first Bank of America associates I met during the recent MBNA merger. We were all anxious, wondering what "those people" would be like. We all agreed that if everyone was like Susan, we were in for a fun transition. I had never seen anyone use a laptop with no mouse before - Susan had impressive skills! She felt like an instant friend. We shared clothing catalogs and shopping secrets. We had plans to go swimming together when she came back to Texas. I will miss her. My heartfelt sympathy to Susan's family.

My deepest sympathies to Susan's husband Larry, and to her family, on her passing. I met Suz when I joined the CICS team. She was my first mentor and trainer in the team, and a trully exceptional person. Her qualities were endless, may she rest in peace.

Susan was my team manager when I arrived at the bank several years ago. She was ALWAYS an optimist who identified herself as "Mom" to those of us who reported to her. She was definitely my first (and only) professional "Mom!"
Larry - will keep you and your family in our thoughts.

I first met Suz when she came out to California to train some of us West Coast folks at Bank of America. Her sense of humor made this sometimes tidious training fun and interesting. What I especially loved about her was she insisted on being called "Mom". That says more about her spirit than any words I might try to impart.

I am so sorry to hear of Suzie's illness. We worked together in Technical Services at Southern States years ago. We had a great time. She gave us all many laughs and made a stressful job a fun one. We traveled to training when we were learning new mainframe operating systems and had some fun adventures seeing some cities we had never visited and trying the foods there. Suzie had a great personality. I am glad she is in a better place now.

Please accept my deepest sympathies. Susan was a great inspiration for us all. When she joined the Command Center she quickly became one of the primary go to gals whenever I needed anything. I will miss her laugh, tenacity and infectious positive spirit.
Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Sue was a great gal and a wonderful friend. I only knew her for a few short years at Bank of America, where we worked together, but she touched my life tremendously. She made me a better person and a more knowledgeable one. She was one of the most positive people I have ever known and we always had a great time together. There was never a problem she wouldn't tackle and she usually won.
My deepest sympathies go to her family. Her light will always shine.
