Dear Gerry, Lee Ann, Greg, Allison, Lauren & Bradley:
I know you lost the 'rudder' of your ship when Steve passed away so suddenly last week. He was very proud of all of you and your many accomplishments. He was always thinking of others before himself. He was happiest when he was 'busy' and even in 'retirement' he stayed so active. I am thankful to Steve and his wonderful family for being 'friends of a lifetime'. I think our families have known each other over 40 years, beginning with our 'St. Domitilla' connection. He sold us our first 'fake, I mean artificial' Christmas tree a long time ago when he worked at Norbert Pools in Berkeley. Peace and rest to Steve, our friend, and special thanks to his family for sharing him with so many who he helped so willingly so often.
