Steve Gorlinski Obituary


Gorlinski, Steve age 82, a resident of Kenosha, died Friday, July 20, 2007 at his residence. He was born on May 11, 1925 in Avion France to Augustine and Victoria (Melissa) Gorlinski. He came to the United States in 1952. He married LaVergne Wrobel on November 29, 1952 in Chicago, IL. He loved bowling. He resided in a home built by his son. He was a well decorated Veteran with numerous medals and accommodations. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #667 in Zion IL, A Legion Member, and a Member of the Antioch IL V.F.W. Post 4551. He is survived by his wife LaVergne of Pleasant Prairie WI, one son Steve (Christine Gregory) Gorlinski of Vernon Hills IL. He is also survived by a two sisters-in-law Janice (Paul) Claussen of Germantown WI, and Florence Wrobel of Lake Villa IL; and numerous loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother John Gorlinski. A graveside service will take place on Friday, July 27, 2007 at 2 p.m. at the Southern Wisconsin Veteran's Cemetery (21731 Spring St. Union Grove).
