Stevie, I still smile when I think of you from CHS. You were always upbeat and so fun to be around. May your soul be Resting In Peace until we meet again. Joyce Carithers Mashburn, Class of 1960. Friend always.

My dear friend Stephen, I am going to miss all your wonderful stories and history of GA. If I ever make it to GA I hope to see some of the awesome places you told me about. Stephen you are going to be so missed but I know you are so much happier in Heaven. Just want to say to Stephen's grandchildren he spoke about you all the time and he was so very proud of you. Whenever he would accept an order from JMT he would say this is for one of the Kids. Stephen my friend you will be greatly missed. Prayers and blessings to all of Stephen's family.

JMT will miss you. It was a pleasure working with you all these years. You will be truly missed.

Stephen is a person you cannot forget, a person that makes a lasting impression in your life. His laugher and kindness will always be remembered. Though no one here at JMT met with him face to face we can all call him our dear friend :) Anytime we are scheduling notary work in GA i'm sure he'll come to mind and be remembered. To his family and friends, you are all so blessed to have had such a person in your lives and i'm deeply sorry for your loss, my prayers and thoughts are with you. God Bless

Stephen was by far one of the sweetest persons I have ever known, although it was usually brief conversations he always made me smile and laugh. I will never forget that. He was a wonderful person and a wonderful notary! He will be truly missed. To his family and friends, my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Stephen was a one of a kind person. He was always friendly to talk to and such a hard working notary. He is greatly appreciated and will be dearly missed. Please accept my deepest condolensces Stephen's family during this diffiuclt time.

Stevie and I grew up together. I would spend the night with him and we would go with his dad on his milk route.
Only guy I ever knew who enjoyed mustard and onion sandwich at cub scout meetings. Sleep on my Brother, sleep on.

I have so many wonderful memories of Stevie. We had so much fun in school and he was so funny and fun to be around. May his soul rest in peace as we remember fondly the wonderful person he was.
