My Dad was a good man. He was kind, warm-hearted and hard working. He loved God, his family and his country. My Dad was a very religious man. He always believed one should cry when a baby is born and rejoice when a person dies because he has gone to meet Our Lord Jesus Christ.
It gives me a very peaceful feeling to know the last solid food Dad had in his mouth was Holy Communion.
Dad enjoyed life. He loved to sing and loved to dance. At any given moment (or after a few beers and a couple of shots of Christian Brothers brand) which many of you had the opportunity to share with him at his bar, Dad would break out into song. He enjoyed singing and it was a pleasure to listen to his rich baritone voice. As for dancing, well Mom said she & Dad were always the first ones on the dance floor and the last ones to leave. In fact, Mom would ask other women to dance with Dad so she could have a rest! I'll always remember dancing the polka with my Dad everywhere we went.
Over the past several years, my Dad always ended his conversations to me with "God Bless." God Bless you Dad and may the Good Lord in heaven keep you safe from harm. Amen I love you, Dad.

I enjoyed seeing Mr. Bozec strolling around the neighborhood almost daily. Whenever I would say hello or toot my horn, he would give his signature salute. I will miss seeing him. My best regards to Mrs. Bozec and the family on the loss of this great American hero and wonderful man.
