Thorson, Stella V. (nee Kapsy), 93, of LaGrange Park, loving mother of Karen (Paul) Jargstorf, Louise and Kathy, proud grandmother of Paula, Shelley, Paul "PJ" and Chris, great-grandmother of Chelsea, Ray and Colton, many nieces and nephews. Stella was a diehard Cubs fan. Visitation 3 to 9 p.m., Friday, at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Funeral Mass 10 a.m., Saturday, at St. Louise de Marillac Church, LaGrange Park. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
