Member of St. Constance Holy Name Society and the Knights of Columbus Tonti Council #1567. Funeral Monday, 9:30 a.m., from Muzyka & Son Funeral Home, 5776 W. What an honor it was to have known Mr. Jakubowski during my youth; he always greeted me with a smile; and that is how I shall always remember him. May your memories of your father, grandfather, etc. help you through this difficult time. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
