Shirley Bialas nee Schmelebeck Passed away April 25, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Walter; dear mother of Catherine (Guy) Agostino, Karen (Ross) Rylander, Ken (Mary), Kevin (Lisa); fond grandmother of seven great-grandmother of two.
Memorial Mass at St. Mary's Catholic Church,126 Herrick Rd. Riverside, IL. Thursday, May 5. 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at a later date. Arrangements by Kopicki's Tower Home for Funerals and Cremation. Please leave condolences at TowerLyons.com 708-447-7900

So sad to hear of Shirley's passing. She was a wonderful woman...so full of joy! The Bialas family was so enmeshed with my family (Plesha) when I was growing up...I have so many fond memories of "Mrs. Bialas" and spent a lot of time in her very busy home, that was so much like my own! She will be sorely missed. My condolences to the entire family. Shirley was a gem!
