Sharon Plazibat Obituary
Sharon Joan Plazibat (nee Harwey) age 72 passed peacefully on March 9, 2023. Sharon was born March 4, 1951 and grew up in Evergreen Park, Illinois. She married Tony Plazibat in 1996. Tony preceded her in death in 2003. Survivors include her son, Joshua Sligar, her step children Sandy (Leo) Herman, stepson Tony (Shannon) Plazibat and grandchildren Nick, Lexi, Violet, Anthony, and Stella. Sharon is also survived by her siblings Karen (Larry) Sisley, Maureen (Rich) Giglio, Tom (Cyndie) Harwey, Patty (Mike) Filicicchia and Joan (Jim) Waller and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Tony, Sharon was also preceded in death by her grandmother Marie V. Williams, her mother Jeanne Harwey, her sister Kathy Czajkowski, and her partner, Brian Woodworth. At Sharon's request there will be no services. The family would like to thank Lighthouse Hospice for their compassionate care and request that in lieu of flowers, donations in Sharon's memory be sent to Lighthouse Hospice in Joliet, IL. https://lightways.org. www.sheehyfh.com 708-857-7878
