SGT. Longs Obituary
Sergeant Eddie Pryce Longs, 28, of Chicago and formerly of Dearborn, Michigan passed away on December 5, 2023. Loving son of Kianna (Ahmad) Abujnaed and Eddie T. Longs. Cherished brother of Ayrianna and Jordan (Katherine) Longs. Proud uncle to Nicholas "Nico" Lee Longs and Mason Ayri Longs. Adored grandson of Debra (and the late Larry) Crandall, Billie Wade and the late Stella Longs. Cherished friend since grammar school of Brandon Simms. Eddie was a proud US Marine and Army veteran. He was currently serving in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. He will be missed by many friends and family. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 18 from 3-8pm at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago IL 60646. A funeral service will be held at 10am on Tuesday, December 19 at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home. Interment 1pm Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421.
