To The Ganan Family,

I teach with Larry and I know that if Scott was anywhere as nice of a guy as Larry is, then he must have been pretty special. My thoughts are with your family during this troublesome time.

My deepest sympathies to Scott's family and friends. I did not know Scott extremely well, but he always had a kind word for me and a warm smile whenever I saw him during high school. I had the opportunity to speak with him at our reunion, and he was still the same wonderful person I had remembered.

Scott was my very first playmate when we were young children, living on Arcadia Street in Skokie. Throughout the years, he never lost his playful energy, laughter, and bright smile. These special qualities always made others happy to be around him. Scott will be missed greatly by the many people that he touched, but his spirit will live on in all of us forever. My warmest condolences go out to the Ganan family.

My most sincere sympathies to the Ganan Family during this time. I met Scott when I was 8 years old. There were times growing up when he was one of my best friends. We used to spend hours on the phone. In the last few years we rekindled a friendship and I am so grateful that I got to spend some time with him. He was a special person. He was caring and funny and sincere. And he was a terrific teacher. He will be missed greatly.

I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the Ganan Family. Scott has and always will be a part of my life. Although I will miss his Smile and the sound of his Laughter, it ironically will be what I remember of him and what will help me continue my smiles and my laughter.
