Scott Ganan Obituary

I was shocked and saddened to hear about Scott. I had just seen him at our 10 year high school reunion in November. My deepest sympathies to his family.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Scott, but I know from the way Marty always spoke of him that he was a special person. My deepest sympathy to all of you at this sad time.

To The Ganan Family,

I teach with Larry and I know that if Scott was anywhere as nice of a guy as Larry is, then he must have been pretty special. My thoughts are with your family during this troublesome time.

I did not know Scott personally, but I have heard many wonderful stories about him from his brother Larry. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time in your lives.

With our most heartfelt sympathy to the Ganan Family. Scott will always be remembered in our hearts. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathies to Scott's family and friends. I did not know Scott extremely well, but he always had a kind word for me and a warm smile whenever I saw him during high school. I had the opportunity to speak with him at our reunion, and he was still the same wonderful person I had remembered.

My sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to the Ganan family. I went to school with Scott from grade school through high school. His smile was just as radiant when I saw him at our 10th reunion last November.

My condolenses to the Ganan family and also to all his friends. He will be greatly remembered and missed. He touched all the lives of the people that were around him. He will be remembered for always laughing and smiling.

Mr.Ganan was the best teacher I ever had he inspired me to do the best I could and was a very great man. And will always be a Nichols legend.

For my dear friend Marlene and family,I only met Scott once,but after being at your house on Wednesday I felt so close to him.All those wonderfull stories from his dad and friends were something to be proud of. Scott was my very first playmate when we were young children, living on Arcadia Street in Skokie. Throughout the years, he never lost his playful energy, laughter, and bright smile. These special qualities always made others happy to be around him. Scott will be missed greatly by the many people that he touched, but his spirit will live on in all of us forever. My warmest condolences go out to the Ganan family.

My most sincere sympathies to the Ganan Family during this time. I met Scott when I was 8 years old. There were times growing up when he was one of my best friends. We used to spend hours on the phone. In the last few years we rekindled a friendship and I am so grateful that I got to spend some time with him. He was a special person. He was caring and funny and sincere. And he was a terrific teacher. He will be missed greatly.

I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the Ganan Family. Scott has and always will be a part of my life. Although I will miss his Smile and the sound of his Laughter, it ironically will be what I remember of him and what will help me continue my smiles and my laughter.
